Respiration and Relaxing

You don't need to fall into the stress mode of life. You can use breath to calm down, rather than stress, your thoughts and body. Yoga helps you to relearn that pure state that your physique and mind want to be in: relaxation.

Deep respiration is both calming and energizing. The vitality you are feeling from a couple of minutes of cautious breathe isn't nervous or hyper, however that calm, steady energy we all need. Slow, steady, and quiet breathing offers a message to your nervous system: Be calm.
